15-Day Spring Cleanse & Detox Program
Spring is the ideal season for cleansing and renewal. In Ayurveda, this is the time when accumulated heaviness, sluggishness, and toxins (known as ama) begin to melt and circulate in the body. A properly guided detox during spring helps restore digestive fire (agni), balance the doshas, and rejuvenate both body and mind.
The Athreya Spring Cleanse & Detox is a 15-day, deeply personalized Ayurvedic detoxification program, thoughtfully designed and guided by an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner who serves as a concierge throughout the entire journey.
This is not a generic cleanse. Every step—herbs, treatments, diet, and pacing—is customized to your individual constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti), lifestyle, and health goals.
